Finding Your Photos — A Quick Guide Looking for your race or event photos? Here's everything you need to know to find yourself fast, see exactly what you're buying, and stay in the loop until your order arrives. Search by bib number or name Every gallery has a search box at the top. Type your bib number and hit search — no need to scroll through hundreds of photos. Got a whole team or family to find? Separate several bib numbers with commas (like 482, 501, 623) and every photo of any of you will show up at once. If the photographer has uploaded a name list for the event, you can search by name the same way — just type it in instead of (or alongside) a bib number. Searching from a shared folder link that covers a whole race series or multi-day event? That search checks every gallery in the folder at once, so you don't have to hunt through each day separately. Search with a selfie No bib number, or don't remember it? On the gallery page, upload a selfie instead and we'll show you photos that might be you, best matches first. Works great as a backup to bib search, or if you were never assigned a bib at all. Share your search with your team Found your group? Click Copy shareable link next to your results and send it to teammates or family — they'll land directly on the same set of photos instead of having to re-type every bib number themselves. Didn't find anything yet? If a search comes up empty — maybe the photographer hasn't finished uploading — you'll see a Notify me option. Leave your email and we'll send you a message the moment a matching photo shows up. It's a one-time alert, so no need to keep checking back. See exactly what you're printing When you add a print to your cart, a preview box shows up over your photo with a dashed line marking what will actually be included — everything outside that line gets trimmed to fit the print size you picked. No surprises when it arrives. Free vs. purchased photos Some galleries are free to download — look for the Download all photos button. Others are pay-per-photo or offer bundled packages (digital downloads, prints, or both). If a discount code was shared with you, there's a spot for it at checkout. After you order Track your order. Every confirmation includes a link to check your order's status anytime — see whether your prints are still in production or already shipped, with tracking info if available. Lost your download email? Head to the Resend my email link (usually in the site footer), enter the email you used at checkout, and we'll send your download links again. Want text updates? At checkout, you can opt in to get a text when your order is confirmed and again when your prints ship. Totally optional, and only for that one order — not a marketing list. Quick tips Bib search and name search work the same way — just type what you've got. Separate multiple search terms with commas, not spaces, so full names stay intact.
