Photos and Licensing Photos purchased through this site are for personal use only. Purchasing a digital download or print does not transfer copyright — the photographer retains all rights to the images. Reselling, redistributing, or using purchased photos for commercial purposes without written permission is not allowed.

Orders and Payment All prices are listed in US dollars. Payment is processed at checkout through Stripe. Orders are considered final once payment is completed.

Digital Downloads Download links are provided via email after purchase and may be limited to a set number of uses. If your download link expires or reaches its limit, contact us and we'll be happy to help.

Physical Prints Print orders are produced and shipped by us or by a third-party print lab. Shipping times vary, and we are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier.

Refunds Because purchases are custom digital or physical products created specifically for you, all sales are generally final. If there's a problem with your order — a damaged print, a technical issue with a download — contact us and we'll make it right.

Availability We make reasonable efforts to keep this site available, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted access and aren't liable for downtime.
